knowing your risks

We have a detailed knowledge of risks in the sector, gained from many assignments with housing associations and their regulatory bodies.  We maintain this knowledge in our own master database, which is kept under constant review.

In particular, we take care to document the causes and the consequences of each risk.  Knowledge of the causes helps us to identify the strategies to prevent the risk from occuring and also to make an assessment of the probability that the risk will occur.  Knowledge of the consequences helps to determine how to mitigate the effects of the risk and also to assess the impact of the risk, should it occur.
