reporting risks

Our demist risk management database is a key tool for capturing and reporting risk information.  Demist enables you to record all the key information about a risk in a user friendly way:
. what is the risk?
. how big is it?
. what are its causes and consequences?
. how is it classified?
. who is responsible for it?
. what is the risk management strategy?
. how far are we with implementing the strategy?

Demist offers a wide range of reports, including:
. Details of all the risks in the organisation
. Details of all the risks in the organisation above a specified impact or mean cost
. Details of all risks for a particular department or manager
. The agreed risk management actions relating to a particular set of risks
. The existing controls for a particular set of risks
. Combinations of the above

The reports can be read on screen, printed directly or easily exported into Word, e.g. for inclusion in a board report.  We also provide guidance and templates for producing an over-arching risk strategy for approval by your board.

words of wisdom

"Believe nothing against another but on good authority; and never report what may hurt another, unless it be a greater hurt to some other to conceal it."
