This seminar equips non-risk specialist managers with the skills of identifying, assessing and reporting key risks in their areas of control.  The seminar explains how to understand the overall as well as the departmental risk profile of an organization. Building on our in-depth experience of risk management actions in relation to particular risks we prepare participants for an active risk management role. Specific risk issues are discussed tailored to the needs of the audience.
