We have been working in the sector since 1996 and currently support around forty housing associations in their risk management activities.  We also have experience of working with the various regulators of the housing association sector, and with the banks that finance the sector.

We have captured the experience gained in these assignments by creating a standard set of risks that affect housing associations.  The definitions and assessments of these risks are kept under constant review to take account of changes in the sector environment and the learning from individual organisations.
